At your house? How did you make it? I am pretty sure it will be simple but unsure how and I don't want to screw it up. Did ya boil it? Steam it? Broil?

I cook alot... but this is new for me.... can ya help?

We grill lobster tails & crab legs. We wrap them in heavy duty foil while they are frozen. They defrost while cooking & kind of steam themselves. No stinky kitchen! I want to say It takes about 20 minutes...DH usually does it. If they are still cold just throw them back on the grill for awhile longer. :)

We usually bake or steam them. I personally dislike boiled lobster ... it not only toughens the meat but you will lose all the "sweet" seafood flavor from the lobster too.

We never put butter on our lobster. If it is good quality lobster, the sweet flavor of the lobster is enough. No need to add on excess fat with melted butter.

i cannot honestly say as to whether i have even ever had a lobster tail. i do not think i have. closest i have come is lobster thermador or newburg. i always thought lobster was overrated. i love fresh crab legs tho. :)

Sfogliatelle (Italian pronunciation: [sfɔʎʎaˈtɛllɛ], could we get a little easier pronunciation key, Ya think?

oh thanks. Made me giggle seeing the pronunciation key thinking alright and a backward c is pronounced.. how?!?! :) Thanks!
