Back when I was working outside, I used to get a lot of heat rashes on my legs and I could barely walk - but Baby powder was always the remedy to cure a heat rash.

So, have you ever had a heat rash? From what?

Heat rashes come a long if you have too much sweat on your body, I would recommend to wash atleast twice a week depending on the weather.

Well, it happens when your clothes get wet, or jeans, and it starts to rub against your skin.

Well I get this a lot, especially in warm weather or in a tropical environment. I take more frequent showers and keep my skin as hydrated as possible.

These really suck. I just started working out again 4 days ago, and I've received another heat rash, I've been trying to heal it with baby powder.

I'm always getting heat rashes despite taking 2-3 showers a day in the summer. I use the generic Gold Bond from Dollar Tree ($1/btl) and it seems to help quite a bit.

Oh ya, Gold Bond stings so bad. I've been using baby powder and if its bad, I also take some motrin. I haven't had one in a few days though, so I'm quite pleased with that. The heat rash just tends to slow me down a lot when I work out =/

Man, I just found out yesterday that the rash on my body wasn't a "heat rash", it isn't its "jock rash", and it really sucks. It's treatable though, I'm using Lamisil GEL on it now, I have to get some more. For a month I was treating the **** rash with Aloe vera, baby powder, and some other medications, and they didn't work. Glad my girlfriend looked it up yesterday to see what the real problem was. If it doesn't heal soon, I'm going to have to see a
Dermatologist to see what I can do about it.

And now I work out, I can't use boxers, or under armor, I'm going to have to wear a jock strap.

If you're getting little black pimples and what looks like boils and stuff it's probably fungal. Being a big guy I have it constantly; I showed my doctor a couple months ago and she said you can treat it but it's just going to keep recurring. Seeing as I don't have insurance I opted not to treat it.

Cruex is by far the best anti-fugal spray I've ever used. It's expensive and burns like a mofo for a couple mins but whenever I've had a bad flare up one or two nights with it and it's gone.

That's what it is. It's fugal and "bacteria". I saw a doctor yesterday, he prescribed me a bunch of medications. He should it should be healed by next week, and I can return to work after that. It just sucks because it between my legs and on my balls, so its quite painful and itchy at times

It's painful has hell down there. If it's bacterial you need to nib it in the bud. A buddy of mine that had cellulitis in his groin and he required several skin grafts plus almost a month in the hospital. Poor dude.

Fungal is painful but generally not dangerous.

Ya, it really sucks man. It hurts to walk, and I have to take one of the pills 3x daily. And the other is anti-botic, the cream is for fungi, and bacteria, two seperate ones, goes on two seprate times.
