RE: The Lounge Chat

I recorded superbowl to watch the commercials. I'm lame :P
But dad taught me some info about football so I finally understand it to a degree :D
And...I'm still not interested in it :P

RE: The Lounge Chat

I heard that the Denver Broncos wiped the floor with the Carolina Panthers with their superior defense, and that the Panthers probably thought they were definitely going to win this game (along with Cam Newton). Also Peyton Manning did almost nothing that game. Lastly, Bill Romanowski said something foolish in Twitter that received plenty of hate. Unsure about all of this, but at least the commercials were decent this year for Super Bowl 50.

How was it, Tagobs? I'm jealous- I've never left my country at all. I wonder if I should add Morocco to my bucket list of places to visit?

That list is long thoug.

It's an interesting place, but there are other Arab countries I think are more interesting than Morocco. Morocco got a lot of western influence to it. Jordan is a safe but interesting place to visit, according to my Arabic teacher.

Where do you live? You absolutely have to travel! And I don't mean classy hotels and beaches, but visit countries with local life - and a chance to get to know the ones who live there.

Well another week people, despite Monday ending I wish it was Friday already.

Me too. I have so much to do and yet no time to do it. I have an entire shed to build yet >.>

I live in the United States. I haven't even been to nearby countries like Mexico or Canada because I don't have the money to go places much amongst other things. I live in the most expensive part of my state I think, because we can't move without losing the main doctor we trust for my dad at this stage. But we're starting to think of ignoring that and moving south. South Jersey is actually pretty neat from what I see on TV. *only been a few places there*

Ahh, I see. Well, if you ever decide to visit Europe, I'd start with Berlin. A city with a lot of history, life and culture. From Newark (just an example) to Berlin both ways it will cost you $776. If you find a place to live through Airbnb it's going to be a lot cheaper than a hotel.

RE: The Lounge Chat

$776 is less than the amount I have to spend on food each month. And the drive to Newark is sad. I live right near a city, but...Well, I'm in the northeastern part of New Jersey. And by that, I mean the county in the top-right of the state if you look at a map. Note I'm bad with maps, so dad has had to show me that like ten hundred times. And it still confuses me what the others are.

I think for now I'll work on traveling more in state and in my country. Since I barely leave my house, maybe I should more start 'in town'.

RE: The Lounge Chat

A tattoo huh? I've thought of getting them at points, but to be honest...The idea of a needle being used on me is too scary- I can barely handle getting blood drawn or a vaccine without someone I trust super closeby to possibly death-grip their hand [seriously, you should've seen me last time I tried to test my own blood glucose- actually no-one should see that it's pathetic nevermind]. The only tattoo I'll ever get is a fake/temporary one. Though I have thought of getting those gloves that look like tattoos- like those sleeve things.
