no need for the form. Simply edit this banner shown below. Its going to be used for AH birthday which is coming in about 2 days time. So i will need the best graphics and get it done quickly. Do ANYTHING you want to the banner, edit it with added icons for the birthday, hats, confetti etc. Just make it look as though its for a birthday :)

I like it. Not bad. Can you add balloons all around the banner? but behind it, not infront.
