How many of you have kids that have a driver's license but have no....

My cousin has three sons and his youngest has no desire to drive. My cousin and DH where talking about how when they where young having a license was every thing.

I have one DD dying to get her license the other one could care less. The one that could care less actually is a little better driver. She must have natural talent like her dad since he used to take his mom's car out of the garage at 12 and go joy riding.

By the time he took driver's ed in HS, his instructor told him he was a natural. :lol: OMG back in those days he got away with driving at 12. Lordy some of the stories he tells me.

haha, my brother took me and my cousins out on a friday night joyride when he was 13, i will never forget almost getting killed. and my hubby regularly took his mothers mg midget out every chance he got, unlicensed and of course uninsured. (she would not allow him to get a license because it would cost too much to insure him,duh!!) i am sooo freaked out about my kids doing the same.

I always tell my DD20 to know where she is going before hand because if you get lost you could end up in the wrong neighborhood. Which she has gotten lost coming home from the mall because she went out a different way..Her sisters were with and called me which I goggled where they were and got them home..But now here sisters won't go to the mall with her again because DD20 frecked out when she got lost.. Now DD16 has her permit and has no desire to get her license till summer..I have 2 more kids to go and I am already half grey because of the first 2 girls..Thank god for hair color..

Well, it's gonna snow today....DS is off to school, I gave him the speach about the snow....you know....Look I know it is kinda fun to goof around in the snow...trying to slip and slide on purpose....I would think carefully...if you wreck the car...we will not replace it! Then you will be a Senior being chauffered around by your mother. I know Mom...I know.

Holy cow! Now I have two teenagers under the age of 18 with a driver's license. Lord help me.

My husband took DS #1 driving in the blizzard and he only had a permit then! He told him he had to know what to do. Maybe that scared him from getting his license.

Enjoy having 2 drivers. My mom never pumped gas when she had many drivers. She would send one of us out to get gas!

anyway, I get the freaking out thing. I was lost in another state alone with no phone, map, compass, or GPS....I just dated myself...the phone and GPS did not exhist. But I knew that I was a danger driving because I was freaked out.
