The weather was crazy today. It was cold then warm then cold again then there was a 5 minute lighting and thunder storm and now it is hot!!
it was hot and breezy and not it is freezing. I don't understand mother nature this spring.
At around 2:30 AM, we had a HUGE thunder/lightning storm! For some reason, as the lightning was flashing into my closed eyes, all I could think of during this was that redneck joke where the guy dies smiling from getting struck by lightning because he thought he was getting his picture taken (resembles camera flash...)

I was outside last night around 2:00. All we got was lightening but surprisingly no thunder. It was pretty cool to watch.

Yesterday was 75 or so and today it forecasted to be the same. I got out for a 2.5 mile walk yesterday and it was great. That was the first walk this season without a sweatshirt and the first day breaking in my new Thermos water bottle. Today I have to walk a mile uphill to check on a house I'm kinda dreading that in the sun but someone's gotta do it.
Nice weather for the last few days.
It is beautiful outside. It is sunny and breezy all at the same time. Of course there is always those certain people that say it is cold. Blah to them.
Cloudy and raining on and off today- hopefully it will be dry this evening for my long walk!
Plus, I just saw that we have a severe thunderstorm watch out for today- we're in for a lot of these this summer in the northeast US I've heard

I t is a bit nippy but I love it!! oh and it smells like rain!
It's been crazy here in North Texas. Saturday, the last day of April was in the lower 80's I believe. Then, on May 1, Sunday, it was 55 and rainy with a wind chill of in the 40's. I don't remember the last time it was this cold in May in Texas. Then today, there's a continuation of yesterday only with more rain. Cold and rainy. I still like it better than the expected 100+ with high humidity we get to enjoy every summer. I'm one of the only people among all of my friends that prefer 50 to 100 but that's just me.
Well it is raining and the skies are gray. I love it. I am always happy with this type of weather. Does that make me weird?
