AaA> Assuming that you upgraded to IE5.5, the options are still there, but moved.
They're not under Tools>Internet Options>Security>Custom Levels.
The cookie options are in the 2nd section, and are pretty clearly labeled.
Just make sure you're setting the security for the Internet Zone, or else you likely won't notice the difference.

i had the exact opposite experience w/ 5.5.. it crashed much more often.. loaded pages slower. basiclly a pain in the ****.. and if anyone's considering getting Netscape6.. i'd warn against it..
uh.. i don't really need to log on.. i live in the dormitories at my school.. our internet connection's live all the time.. load times were slow visiting the most common sites.. cnn.com etc.. i'm pretty sure it wasn't a network problem cuz i ping'd the sites and got reasonable times back..
it would crash when i had 4 browsers open and loading pages.. w/ 5.0 i could have like 8..
