Thanks, everyone. I just keep thinking about her. Her DH is such a child, he really needs to man up & be there for her through this. If not, it's going to be tough to be around him & keep my mouth shut. I'm not exactly on the inside track with him, and I'm not the type to keep my mouth shut, so hopefully I won't step in it.

It just sucks. She is in good spirits, though, so that's good. I do think that is a key part of fighting this.

It really puts things in perspective for me. So many people have troubles that are way more significant than mine. Makes me thankful for what I have, that's for sure.
