im tired of the lucas arts and lucas films empire and their leader, george lucas. this money hording greedy **** needs to let other people step in and direct for him.
face it, episode 1 and 2 sucked big floppy donkey ****. episode one had a great story line, but george lucas and his great directing skills screwed that up. episode 2 just plain ol sucked.
episode 3 looks like it is going to kick some major butt. its supposed to bridge together 30 years of glory in with 3 hours of swift glory. i really really really hope he doesnt screw this up.
the thing that blows about lucas and his little empire, is he announced that he will not be doing episodes 7-9 because 1 and 2 were box office bombs. then he also announced that he was not going to let anyone else direct them either. basically us hardcore star wars fans are screwed out of bad **** entertainment.
then he screwed up return of the jedi in the end on the special edition by putting anikin skywalker's newer actor in instead of the original. wtf is that all about.
the best part of star wars is stuff that george lucas has no part in whatsoever. i mean, have you guys read any of the comics from republic or i think its like crimson empire? if they ever did movies off of the extended universe in star wars, and had someone like peter jackson do it, those movies would make so much money.
but wait.
george lucas is a money monger **** who is obsessed with himself and a creation that is argued that he STOLE from someone else.
and then have you heard about a band called eisely? they used to be called moss eisely, and its this nice mellow band with a cute lead singer who has such a beatiful voice.. i cant remember her name though. to make a long story short, lucas sued them for plagerism, and when they asked for permission to use the name of moss eisely, he flat out denied them right of usage. he didnt even give them the chance to pay royalties.
basically, all in all, you should look at george lucas.. but dont just look at george lucas from a hateful point of view, look at him through the scope of a high velocity gas carbine sniper rifle.
