First I have Diablo II, (which i see we already have a thread about that here, so i don't need to go into it)

Second I have Desta Online, pretty cool game for a while. Its free for download, and i forgot where you download it, but if i find it i will fill you in

Civilization II and the Gold Multiplayer Edition: Pretty good game, but it kinda gets old to me after a while

Civilization III: A better version of CivII with better graphics and gameplay. More realism

Age of Mythology: One of the best RTS games ever in my opinion. Problem: Graphics suck on my computer (i have like a 5 year old video card) If you do not have this game yet, GO GET IT NOW

Stronghold Demo: Yeah, the game looked pretty sucky from the demo, so unless i get it free, its not going to be on my computer.

Zeus: Master Of Olympus: A good game if you found the Ceasar series enjoyable. This is the game that i am currently into

Majesty + Expansion: A pretty cool game, very old but with awesome graphics (for the time). You hire heroes and they have free will, so you have to set Rewards on things to have them kill them, things like that

Colonization: Pretty cool game. Kinda like civilization, except focusing on the settling and revolution of America (or canada, mexico etc.)

Lemonade Tycoon: Yeah, the name sounds cheesy, but it is kinda cool. I only got the one hour free trial, i can't bring myself to pay 20.00 for it. Go find the free trial under games at http://www.yahoo.com


I have some others, but i plan on deleting them, as they are not very much fun. If you want to know more about a game, just ask me, i will be happy to go deeper

Might get me a copy of age of Mythology . . .

Anyhow I own Battlefield 1942 - the best online Team based FPS , Counter Strike was Awesome but there's too many cheaters to play

Age of Empires II -Awesome Game , Sharobob have you played this ? if so how different is it to Mythology . .

a counter strike that has a crap Keygen so I can't use it , several others .
 
Might as well write an intro to Age of Mythology, but i have played the whole age of empires series and it is very different, but the same in many ways.

First off, there are 3 radically different Civilizations you can play rather than having a billion that just have one unique unit

There is Gold, Food, and Wood. All three civilizations have different ways of collecting these. Norse (in my opinion is the best civilization) has dwarves that collect gold very fast and villligers to get wood and gold. I use Thor, and he can use Dwarves for everything because they can collect everything fast. Egypt and Greece have Everything blended into one unit called the (surprise) Villiger. Egypt has a pharoh that can empower a building to make it work faster, but the inidividual villigers work a lot slower than the other three civilizations

Building is also different between the three. Norse builds with their infantry units, so forward basing is a lot easier with them. Greek Villies build the buildings very fast, but it takes away from recources when you don't have them gathering. Same with Egypt, and again, the Pharoh can empower the building to make it build faster, but remember, you only have one Pharoh.
Egypts buildings cost only Gold, Greece, basically a mix between wood and gold, and norse almost all wood.

Egypt can upgrade their walls the most in the game, second is Greece, and third is Norse. You don't really need walls if you are norse, but having fully upgraded walls when you are egyptian is a great defense option.
