This is also one of my favorite episodes in the shows 4 year history. And by no coincidence it is written by one of my favorite comic book writers Gail Simone. And again no suprize but it features 2 characters from her DC Comics series Birds of Prey those being Black Canary and Huntress.

Very interesting story in this one getting a bit of an origin tale for the animated Huntress as well as great back and forth between the two "couples" in the episode as well. The animation looks great and the voice work is some of the best the series has to offer.

I hope you'll enjoy it as well.

They have really followed the same path as Batman TAS, and I love that. It's a cartoon, but just like the comics not for kids, and given it a later than usual nighttime timeslot.

I really dislike the Teen Titans toon because of how they changed and adapted some great stories and characters to be more suitable for kids. I understand why they did, and it has worked out for them cause the shows are popular. But what I like about the JLU is how they've stayed true to the characters and the stories they've tired to "retell".
 
yeah batman is still legendary .
to be truthfull though batmanTAS scared the crap out of me when I was 7,when Iwas 12 that BAts was in Rerun became a clasic for me so io agree with your motions

It will always be one of my favorite shows ever and easily my favorite animated one. When it first debuted, it did so in primetime on FOX and stayed that way for a bit off and on. I really think that quality wise it could have remained that way as well.

The Justice League toons are way up there too though, I have really enjoyed all four seasons.
