Good evening soupers. Had a very busy day today. First set up another computer in the house. Then we went to the movies and seen "Knocked up", which was a very long movie. then grocery shopping, purchased two air conditioners because our other two died last year. Then for relaxing went to a discussion and played a game.

Got up kind of late, went quickly through a cookbook looking for vegan recipes, flipped through TV channels to find nothing on, made a cup of tea and now I'm here!!:oddgrin:

Well Sunday was indeed a lazy day for me. My daughter and I watched t.v. then I took a nap...lol. Now I'm having some green tea and now posting. Shortly I will make some dinner and join in on a discussion tonight. I also did my exercises and I also want to work on my skirt. I purchased material now all I have to do is put the pattern together and sew.

This weekend, I wrote a software synthesizer with 16 stereo channels, 4 waveform types (square, sine, triangle and noise) that can be mixed in for each channel and support variable frequencies or fixed-frequency MIDI notes, variable volume, pulse width modulation and stereo panning. I wrote all of the essential code in assembly language with floating-point arithmetic where suitable to improve accuracy. And all that to emulate the sound of old synthesizers for a possible 2D game or music program pet project. I feel satisfied and fulfilled. :)

p.s.: I also plan to add a sawtooth waveform type, wavetable synthesis and granular synthesis. :)

Good morning Soupers and its a rainy Monday here in Connecticut. My daughter isn't feeling well, so today she will be home so I can take care of her. After work I have a few errands. Might as well do them today so I can do book work tomorrow. Hope you all have a fantastic day.

my wife and I and 2 friends went to the quad City Air Show on Sunday. We had Commanders Club tickets which meant free food and beer all day for $70 a pelessrson. We also had shelter from the rains that hit 4 times. It was a very good show staring the Air Force Thunderbirds. I talked my wife [ 58 years old ] to be a little daring in her dress. I must say she looked goooood. Back to the old grind stone today and have to get month end statements done. Gall blatter gets taken out next week. Should be simple unless things go bad between now and now and the 13th.

How long will you be in the hospital steve? Everything will turn out all right and I'm sure your wife will be there waiting on you hand and foot.

Put in an eleven hour day yesterday (no lunch break, just ate as I went) to try and fix a crashed computer. Today I'm trying to catch up with the stuff I missed yesterday and some PTA items before the monthly meeting tomorrow afternoon.

Plenty of work to do today. Boss decided to take the rest of the week off, so I'll be in the server room fending off the masses. :banghead:

Wow everyone is so busy today. Even I have to do bookwork today. And the electrician will be here looking at our electrical box. Which means I just might loose my electricity today. No computer for me until it comes back on...lol

hmm today I didn't really do much, finished my mario fruit machine (yes Im doing a game based on the game(s) mario, how retro am i lmao).

It's pretty good now, just got to finish the credits, though the code took me about an hour.

I'm getting quite good at vb.net, considering how I hate programming.

Other than that just signatures and messing on the computer, god I can't wait to go home.
