I am glad, and now I am going to have my breakfast. I can't function without that first mug of tea. And I am going to gaze at the snow while I drink that tea!

I am very tired after helping my sister rearrange her suite to make it more accessible for her husband, who may be coming home from the hospital today, tomorrow, or Monday. With his broken back he can't twist around or anything so my sister wanted to make getting to and from things in all the rooms as easy and straight-line as possible.

Isn't that hilarious? My sister and I don't watch the current season of any show that we like on tv. We always wait until it comes out on dvd. That way we can see a ton of it at once without commercials, go do stuff without missing bits because of that oh-so-handy pause button, and not run the risk of missing an episode because life got in the way of that night's episode. I hate it when I miss one in a continuing story line. The only show we watch right away is The Big Bang Theory, because you can see them out of order without it affecting the story line too too much. Plus we find it so funny we can't wait for it to come out on dvd.

What are you...my clone?? LOL I am the same. I prefer to watch them via DVD as well. I have Boston Legal, CSI, Star Trek:Next Generation, Star Trek:Deep Space Nine, **** As Folk (US version....am in love with Brian LOL), Sex and The City, Friends, Quantum Leap, Twin Peaks, Greatest American Hero, Stargate SG1, Charmed, Northern Exposure, Lost, Porridge, To The Manor Born, The Vicar of Dibley, Without A Trace, The 4400, Dr Who, Wire In The Blood, Midsummer Murders, Gossip Girl, The Young Ones and of course The Tudors. I also record the daily episodes of Eastenders (you cant get on DVD as it has been running for 25 years...what a DVD collection that would be LOL)...I watch episode - fast fowarding through ads and boring bits - then delete, ready to record next days episode.

Oh, Christ, how can you afford that?? :)

The only TV series I was ever crazy enough to buy was Kiddy Grade (anime), b/c I liked the story so much, it goes from perfectly shallow to psychologically deep and most bizarre: They introduce some characters, and everything gets ever more weird as the story proceeds. :) -- it's like a view into a professional life ... at first, when you're young, you think everything's alright in the business world, until you discover more and more weirdnesses ... the series is a perfect mirror of that. BTW, the title "Kiddy Grade" refers to the young appearance of the many hundred years old nanotech enhanced cyborg protagonists of the story. ;)

I am ready for bed now, am I? ;)

Arrested Development is one of our all-time favorites! We loved Gob! Over half of your stuff is my favorites too. Star Trek, Boston Legal, Quantum Leap, Greatest American Hero, Lost--We've seen 'em all. That's amazing.

I am impressed!
