Can anyone help me? I just bought a router BEFW11S4 and configuring seem to be OK. I have a ftp sites behind this router, I can connect to it OK for about 15-20 seconds then the router just drop.
When you connect to the ftp site(s), are you able to get a directory list? If not, then your router may be acting like a fireall, thus requiring PASV support to be enabled on your ftp client.
A couple of friends have had notorious problems with their Linksys Cable/DSL router. Not sure on the model number though. All their problems were solved when replacing it with a Netgear model.
