ok, First of all I was writing in all caps because i didn`t notice caps buttom was on... not after i post my message. i was looking down to my keyboard and at no moment looked the screen. I guess everybody make mistakes. I didn`t new it was such a big issue. But if it is, sorry about that.

The only reason I have to give long explanations is due to a simple thing- If I just say my opinion without any sustancial or backing explanations nobody would underestand why i say "this or that" just thought it would be better that way. That is what a really debate is about.

I`ve just noticed this site is only for "bashing" people with no reason, like a "Cabron" there is no space for reasonable thought in here.

All I had to say for Mj, I did it, as hard as Could but I`ve tried my best, and I would stand for anyone who is falsely accused... but I won`t play this sick game anymore.

If you read my post, you would have seen that I also believe he is innocent until proved guilty, but people are allowed to have opinions. I am not sure why you think it is a "sick game" because people disagree with you.

And just in case you didn`t notice. I am not american, English is not my first language but lots of people, (normally americans), think everybody speaks it or has to do it just like them.

If you want to post here, you have to post in English. I am not sure which is worse, Americans thinking everyone should speak English, or Spanish people getting offended by Americans not speaking Spainish.....

our language is spanish we won`t be raised speaking english, and we never do that because we are a different culture.

LoL i actually for once agree with insane (everyone dies) lol but he has a point. He should have read the rules first, the rules are clearly stated and says that english is to be used, because that's mainly everyones first language. So what's the point in putting up spanish.

I haven't said anything but agrued a case against him, but either way I hope he stays because either way everyone opinions are valid and needed to be taken into account even if people don't agree.

We are not here just to bash with no reason - we're here for much more. We're a community or sorts, and as much as Cyborg may rub people That's a Democracy. Filantro is just as welcome - I hope he/she changes their mind about leaving. If a person carries a chip on their shoulder for WHATEVER reason, and that's what this whole mess has sounded like from the beginning, then they may want to stay out of forums altogether. The insulting, vulgar and totally disrespectul language used by filantro is unwarranted and undeserved in my opinion. No one should have to read that crap. I believe that filantro has misunderstood what WE have had to say, and it is not for any lack of a grasp of the English language - filantro can express his or herself BETTER than many Americans born and raised here. Sorry People, however, I feel Michael Jackson is innocent. He may not be mentally well but he really needs to wise up. I truly believe he thinks he is Peter Pan, and he has not emotionally grown up, however, you have to admit that he excerises poor judgement in his choice of "friends". Hopefully he will wise up and stay away from entertaining children unless there is adult supervision.
I feel sorry for him, he is a pathetic little boy. Sadly, as wonderful as it would be to remain young forever, it is time for Michael to grow up!
This post is being made after the return of "Not Guilty" on all 10 counts so I didn't vote. I now have to listen to everyone who is angry that he walked.

I believe he is innocent because he thinks like a child. He is acting like a pre-teen. I realise he is in his forties, however, he is mentally trapped into the behavior of a child. People are prosecuting him far more than they did OJ Simpson and there isn't an idiot on the planet that believed he was innocent. I truly believe people should give him a chance.

Here's some questions for you:

#1. If Michael Jackson loves all children, why does he only have WHITE LITTLE BOYS over and not any other children?

#2. If Michael Jackson thinks like a child, why does he have pornography at his house? Especially gay pornography?

#3. While Michael Jackson embraces children, is there truly many instances that he thinks like a child? A child is a lot more active, talking about every little thing and always asking questions and such… I see no such thing from Michael Jackson.

It’s interesting that people such as filantro are the ones that defend Michael Jackson. Unable to argue against any of the statements of the people who think MJ is guilty, filantro turns to juvenile insults that even I didn’t use when I was nine. MJ was NOT proven innocent but merely there was a supposed reasonable doubt and was thus declared not guilty.
