MoJo - Cheese ball

You mentioned having a cream cheese/cheddar cheeseball.

What's your recipe for this? I don't like nuts so I have to leave that part out.

I'll have to ask my husband; he made it!

Here's the official recipe (or at least the way he made it):

2 8 oz cream cheese (he used the light)
2 8 oz sharp cheddar
4 oz turkey pepperoni
1 bunch green onions
Garlic powder to taste

Shred the cheddar and the pepperoni. Chop the onions. Throw it all in the mixer and mix. Form into balls, wrap in plastic and put in fridge.

How easy is that? And it is FABULOUS!

I don't like to roll in nuts either...lol But with all the cream cheese we have I have been making cheese balls like crazy.

Think this would freeze? I have cream cheese and cheddar cheese to use up...

I don't think cream cheese will freeze well......it thaws really messy.
