Either way, I would say it falls into the category of OT and TCing. I'd delete them with a PM simply saying, "This post was determined to be off topic and has been deleted according to DAGG policies."

It wasn't that she was posting the exact message...it was stuff like 'what's Mardi Gras?" and just really stupid comments to whatever thread I started. Not really insulting, but just stupid stuff?

She's currently online over there with Joline, benjaminna, carlitasway, amy, mamabear, stevebass, and reminisce71, most of whom are really into the 'private' area.

You know, I was wondering if Reminisce was one of the gang. It was strange, she and Corganiacs were contacting me at the same time for
coupon trades for the same coupon, asking for large amounts of them. They wanted the .50 Suave that expires 2/26/06.
I had my radar up, thinking something may be up. I did go through with a trade with Reminisce, I thought maybe I was being too suspicious, maybe she wasn't one of them. The trade was mailed out yesterday, she had better not try to pull something.

You can blame me if something goes wrong with your trade. I am the one who told you that reminse was OK and didnt think they were in cahoots together. I got my "rems" mixed up.
I hope it all is kosher. I would hate for these people to screw you over on a trade.

QUOTH, it's Ok. I'm not worried about it. If she pulls something, we will just take action like we would for any other bad trade. She would just be spiting (sp?) herself. If they strart that kind of nonsense, then their coupon sources will dry up real fast on this board, kwim? I'm not worried about them having may addy, it's too late for that. I have traded with so many people, many of them included, over the last six months. I kept the receipt for the postage on the envelope, and I have her address as well.

I also figured something out. (Took me a while, but the penny finally dropped.) There is no way Corgs could be ready for Match Day. It's when med students are matched with their residencies.
It's been said that she's about 21 or 22, right? That's just college graduation. Add 4 more years of med school, and she'd be 25 or 26. There is NO WAY a med student has the kind of time she spends online. None. Nada. Trust me- I investigated going pre-med and decided I was too lazy. Add in the shopping time and she'd have to be triplets.

I love studying other cultures. Have you intentionally adapted any of the cultural elements to your own life? Do you teach your children about them?

Personaly I am registered Caddo Indian (1/4 to be exact and I qualify for benifits if I so desired) tribe is located in OK. I even get to vote and all that junk...also a nice mix of european (Irish and german mostly with some norweigen and etc thrown in there)
But my mom married a latino man and so I have brothers and sisters that are part Latino (my baby sisters name is Jennifer Lopez LOL the poor thing) and I have cousins that are part African American. So were a pretty mixed bunch.
Since I grew up with a latino step family since I was 2 some of the culture has rubbed off on me I would say. I understand spanish enough but don't speak it well. I read it better than I can speak it. LOL I can cook authentic mexican dishes (even make my own tortillias from time to time).
We do teach our children about thier native american culture some. we eat some traditonal foods and I have introduced them to some books on our tribe. We live pretty near to a large reservation (Dakota Souix and also the Wind River) and there is a fabulous store in Rapid City SD that has all sorts of music, books, videos, clothing, etc etc that are american indian in nature.
Unfortunatly I have heard some pretty racist comments geared towards Native Americanse here (there is not a lot of diversity here in WY at all) and the sad thing is people don't know that I am native american untill I tell them.
Anyways...so its all interesting.

If I was the keeper of the keys, I would put them all in lockdown and kick them off. She's over there calling rick a ****, and if they are using PM space, I would close that feature out for them - make them send emails back and forth to each others home. But I would just wash my hands of the whole lot of them cause they all suck.

There were several high school boys who made a concerted effort to steal lunch cards from us....they are worth $32.50 each. What they fools didn't know is we have a very good tracking system on the cards, so the first time one of them came through one of the lines, we caught them. They ratted each other out, and we had all of them land in juvenile detention - they all got a ride in the sherriff's car. I have no qualms about teaching kids lessons!!!
