I find this to be a very crass, rude, offensive word. I am fortunate that I live and work with folks who don't use the C word. Years ago, I was an instructor for a college class. One of the male students called a female student that word in front of me. I made sure he was ejected from the class permanently. His boss, who paid for the class was informed of his behavior and he lost his job. I am sure he is working in another career other than the one he dreamed of.
