Personal Cameras

I know that a lot of people use their phones with their built in cameras to take pictures. However, I wanted to reach out and see if there are individuals out there that own a separate camera to capture moments? I personally own the Rebel SL1 and I absolutely love it.

I use to have my own personal camera but I just use my phone as a camera as I already have my phone with me.
