Question About XenForo Installation?

On the page where you buy the XenForo license and software, it says..

Installation Service - $50*

A XenForo representative will install the latest version on your server, provided it meets the requirements. This does not include PHP or MySQL installation or configuration.

When it says "This does not include PHP or MySQL installation or configuration.", does this mean that after i buy it and they install it, there is still further installation of stuff needed by me before the forum will work?

On a VPS or shared?

So, if you're on a shared host, that will all be installed for you and they can install XenForo without an issue - but if you're on a VPS, you'll have to install a web server (NginX, Apache), and PHP/MySQL before getting them to install it.

I haven't bought the hosting yet. It will be the Ultimate one on this hosting: https://www.ushost247.com/web_hosting.php Is that shared or VPS?

As it says CPanel Control Panel, you can reasonably expect it to be a shared host.
