You're doing the right thing to keep yourself healthy. Some times, when I find lots of greenery around, I stop my car and go for light jogging and enjoy the greenery. I find myself quite relaxed. I just love it.
Ugh. I hate the actual running part but afterward I usualy feel really good... I just dont like to run so much that my dislike often outweighs the likes. I do try to work out often though... weight training and the like. I really should start running again though.
I play basketball so I run when I play that game. I only play on weekends though. On weekdays however, I use my bicycle to go to work so I don't need to run any longer.
