Former Iraqi President Saddam Hussein has been executed by hanging at an unspecified location, reports say.

Iraqi TV said the execution took place just before 0600 local time (0300GMT). It was witnessed by a doctor, lawyer and officials. It was also filmed.

The fear on his face just prior to slipping the noose around his neck did elicit a small pang of sympathy for the SOB, though.
 
The man looked like he was about to faint, lenny. He was pathetic.
 
well,,what about the 4 year old kids he killed..or the people that had to watch thier sons get killed by his army,,
 
I'm in no way defending the man; I agree that he was treated fairly and received his just reward but all that aside he is still a human being and he clearly showed that he was frightened. In other words when it came time to swing, he was as vulnerable as anyone who was about to die.
 
I guess I was looking past the "butcher" in him and seeing a desperate man. Here's a Kleenex, lenny, wipe your eyes and blow your nose already. Be brave, son!;)

Yea, I hope they bring him back to the US and throw him to the people he hurt here. Then let them have their way with him.
 
We all know that will never happen. Anyhow when push comes to shove, I doubt too many people would physically harm him if given the chance. I know I wouldn't but I wouldn't mind someone else doing it.

lol slack. alot of people would get some wake up calls if they saw a man being hung.

Even if it is the most dsigusting person on the planet, it's not a glory thing to watch.
