Well if they had a quality video then I would watch it , however; there doesn't seem to be one published.

I am friends of the doctor who attended the last hanging in New Brunswick, The doctor had to stand under the gallows and when the hanging man dropped through the door, the doctor had to stand beside the dying man holding a stereoscope over the man's heart. When it stopped beating, he was pronounced dead.

I also recall a North American Indian , a woodcutter with the neck like a bull, was hung, He struggled for I believe up to half an hour. The law cut him down and after a stay in the hospital, he was set free. The law was changed because of it to read - hung by the neck until dead.
 
I can't breath just thinking about it! LOL Guess I need my puffers!

If the person is lucky when they fall through the neck breaks.

It isn't that I have a good memory, Chris. It is just because I happened to become friends of the doctor who was assigned to pronounce the man dead. I was 19 or 20 when I meet him ( the doctor)

Only in another thread are we talking of inhumanae ways of killing animals...and I'm sorry but the rope is the same.

The person hanging made the choice to commit a crime that he or she knew would lead to death if they were caught and convicted. Animals do not have that luxuary.

he did deserve it, was merely commenting how ironic it is.

I have always been against killing criminals. You know that because of how hypocritical i find it. :P
