Sleeping beauty

No, do review it friends if you have watched it.

I've used this recipe many times although it's not my own.........................

  • 2 chicken breasts, skin on[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  • 1 tbsp olive oil[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  • 200g new potatoes, thinly sliced[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  • 500ml chicken stock[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  • 200g pack of mixed spring vegetables (broccoli, peas, broad beans and sliced courgette or veg of choice.)[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  • 2 tbsp cr?me fra?che[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  • handful tarragon leaves, roughly chopped.[/*:m:ztiksjxj]

  1. Fry the chicken in the oil in a wide pan for 5 mins on each side. Throw in the potatoes and stir to coat. Pour over the chicken stock, cover and simmer for 10 mins until the potatoes are almost cooked through.[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  2. Remove the lid and turn the heat to high. Boil the stock down until it just coats the bottom of the pan. Scatter the vegetables into the pan, cover again and cook the veg for about 3 mins.[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
  3. Stir in the cr?me fra?che to make a creamy sauce, season with pepper and salt, if you want, then add the tarragon. Serve straight from the pan. Serves 2.[/*:m:ztiksjxj]
I made a new thread with your recipe in it. Not that I don't mind it being in my thread lol but I figured people would see it better in its own thread. It looks good and I will see if I can get all of it to make one night.
