well, if it's a little kid, you wouldn't want the chocolate to melt all over their hand while they're eating it...bigger kid just shoves the whole thing in

I make them and I do cover them all in chocolate....they are SO good!!!

I dunno...I think the partial covering makes it look more like a kid in a ghost "costume" (read: sheet over head) and, therefore, kinda cuter.
