so, what did we all have for dinner this evening

I didn't eat breakfast, lunch or dinner today ...
 
Tonight, I am making:

Creamy Spinach-Mushroom Skillet Enchiladas
Corn and black bean salad

Yummmmmm can't wait :)
 
I want dinner at your house!!! I wish you lived closer, girl. We can cook up a storm :)
 
Yeah, well, if you ever have to go to Chicago or Milwaukee for any reason, you'll have to come by and visit :D
 
I am about to have pizza, fries and southern fried potatoe wedges. Mmmmmmm.
 
Yum..

Left over prime rib (medium rare) from my birthday meal/feast. My birthday is always one of the tri-annual prime rib cravings I indulge in (I know I discussed this in a post from way back when;) )
 
Last night I had a toasted cheese sandwich.. haven't had tea yet today.
 
A combo of leftovers-- stuffed mushrooms made by a bud, penne with homemade sauce, and mandarin orange salad.

Oh, and flan made by my other friend(all stuff leftover from a party I had :))
 
Southern Fried Chicken, Baked Beans, Peas and Fries .. :)
 
Spinach salad and cauliflower-red pepper chowder.

(I love playing vegetarian...)

i had my bagel for dinner and then had some ziti when i got home.
 
Chicken sausages and mashed potato & pumpkin. Twas very yummy!! :D

Unfortunately I had no hamburger rolls, so just used hot dog rolls (potato bread style).
