So who worked out today? I did, and man, im outta shape

I started day one of Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I've done the 30 day shred before and it is awesome ... hoping to drop a quick 10 lbs and tone up for spring : )

I haven't started it yet, but now you have me thinking ....... hmmmmmm, maybe I'll alternate the shred with the 6 week 6 pack. I've heard that it is a lot of cardio along with all the ab work. Is that true?
