No man, I can't stand them.
My girlfriend just wanted to try them again since she liked them as a kid and wanted to see if they were still good. She hasn't quite gotten around to eating the can we bought, but my first reaction to her idea was go ahead but I always thought they were NASTY.
Umm........what exactly is spaggtios? I'm getting it's canned food. Is it something to do with spaghetti or meat?

I am presuming that SpagettiO's are the same here in England!!!! Tinned pasta shapes (like little O's!) in sweet tomato sauce. The ulitmate junk food!
Love tinned spag...as long as it's Heinz. It's one of the advantages to having kids....you get to eat junk food like this under the guise of giving them a treat !
Little story for you. My mum is a health food freak (old hippy) so we were brought up on a diet of alfafa sprouts and home burnt vegi gravy :hurl: . When I was about 10 I went to stay with some cousins (who ate real food from supermarkets....stuff that wasn't all vegtable based!) My aunt asked us if we wanted spagetti on toast for dinner. I visualized wholewheat spagetti in a tomato and onion sauce on toast. I tried to explain that I thought this was a strange combination of food but was also trying to be polite. The meal i recieved started a lifelong love of sweet, slippery junky tinned spagetti!
My aunt, to this day, still thinks of me as a deprived child!

I do love spaghettios especially with meatballs.
Their used to be this canned food similar to it but it was sooo good. it was called "Garfields Beef Ravioli's" was just like the meatballs in sphagettios but wrapped in pasta, like a ravioli, but the sauce had peices of beef chopped in it as well, and it was soooo sooo good, I would have like every saturday for lunch. They don't make them anymore :/ or at least don't stock them around here. If you can find some, try it...soooo gooood I miss it.

EEEWWW - Spaghetttio's??? YUCK!! I read something once about all of that canned pasta stuff that's marketed towards kids. It read that there had been a study done that indicated people "grow out" of this product - their tastes change pretty much at the same age. Males are more likely to eat this stuff far longer than females. Weird, huh? Wish I could remember where I read that...
I now feel that I am not as weird as I thought I was. I used to eat spaggetios, alphegetti, and zoodles cold all the time. I eat it every once in awhile now but never cold anymore.

You guys have got to be YOUNG!! I at first thought it was a "GUY" thing after a certain age, but after trying it out on my husband and cat, I've learned that isn't true!! I've heard these things are a "staple" for college students - I feel badly for you, guys!! Let me know who you are, and I'll send out "care packages"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
