I get pretty good home download speeds, upload though I wish could be better 
but across the ocean to USA not that good

Cable internet.. Telstra Ultimate Cable bundle http://telstra.com.au/internet/home-broadband-bigpond-ultimate-plans/#plan-4 AUD$120/month (seems prices have dropped to AUD$99/month but i'm locked into a 24month contract at old price :rolleyes: )
Still waiting on Australian NBN rollout http://www.nbnco.com.au/rollout/rollout-map.html for 100Mbps/40Mbps down and up - won't have it in my area until June 2016 anyway http://www.nbnco.com.au/rollout/about-the-nbn.html !
