well ok normally s oh great now i cangt see my text. oh there we go. ok well normally search engines are great i can find what i need but i have a debate tomorrow and i really, really, desperately need to know how much the japanese/norwegians make from their whaling other wise i cant use my point on whaling. the debate is about the environment by the way. but man i have searched for ages and the stupidinternet costs stupid money and i know it's not mine but whatever and we csn tget \ that says cant get, can't get broadband because the lines are screwwed and wireless still costs stupid money. so yeah then i got all despondent and tried to find a site wher i could complain about it instead and here i am.
 
I hear you, pal. It seems the definition of the word "free" on the internet is found in the dictionary under "$34.95"! Sign up free -only $34.95!; home-based businesses -yours free -only $34.95; enter hundreds of our online contests free- only $34.95; and on and on -only $34.95!

It is especially discouraging when you take the time to enter all of your personal information to register somewhere online and when you finally reach the end the last question is "And how to you wish to pay? Only $34.95!! Worse yet, you believe that you have stumbled onto "freebies", enter your information and then are told - offer only valid in the United States! I gave up on expecting anything free on the Net. With the exception of this site, of course. At least here, they are true to their word and you are not mislead by any hidden motive.

Final word - Internet costs suck big time!!
 
Yet another way to prove ... NOTHING is for free, and everything comes with a price.
 
holly crap!!! u get on the internet to complain about the internet? #1, learn how 2 type, granted i use slang, but at least ppl can figure out what i'm trying 2 convey. #2, if u have such a problem w/ the internet, than don't use it. it is used to make finding info easier, but it isn't the only way 2 collect it. if nothing else, look in your library, it may not be the most current, but there is no way of knowing that what u find on the net is current either.
get a life.

And here folks we have a classic example of a "Forum Troll". Notice the abbreviations used to make them think that they are more intelligent then the rest of the forum community. Also notice them missing the point to the entire thread and board, which for his/her future knowledge is that it sucks to have to pay to find information on the internet that used to be free, or even that broadband isn't available in all locations.

Finally you see the closing statement there that the originator should "get a life", This is a common retort of those whom obviously don't have a life and get they're kicks from trying to convince themselves that they are the intellectual superiors of everyone else in existence.

Please before placing another post like this..use that little button down there called "spell check". I know for those using "slang" or abbreviations..which is what the rest of us call it, that spell check will tell you that you are not actually using real words..it's correct, please change your wording to match the suggestions that are put forward by the spell checker.

The object of the board is to bash anything you'd like, but stay on topic..and attacking someone else's post inside the thread is not staying on topic. If you don't understand the post ask for clarification, or if you just want to bash someone's post just start your own threat. That way your random unintelligible mumblings will be in the right place.

In order to stay on topic now :p yes it sucks when you go to your search engine and type in "free porn" or something along that line and get back 5,000 sites..none of which are free...though all are actually porn.
 
hey, maybe the slang that i use, or abbv, i use b/c typing out the entire word is annoying. i've had carple tunnel since i was 16, and i've had nerves destroyed by an attack by a rottweiler, plus the fact that i've had surgery in this wrist. get over it, a lot of ppl type like this b/c it's easier not b/c they think they are smarter. if u want free porn, bit torrent or some other type of p2p downloading. i think that it's kinda ridiculous to go online and complain about having to pay for it. most libraries, if u have a card will let u get online, and there are other ways of getting info. so quit the psycho anylsis of ppl when complaining that ppl are complaining about other ppl. ur gonna complain about me saying that i think that i'm smarter than some1 trying to make urself sound smarter than me. here's a word, hypocrite. as for those sites, yah, it's annoying, just file share. it's actually a good way to keep out of trouble as it's not illegal to give files, but buying them without the concent of the people making them is.
just trying to give u some fun advise that i got from some1 else. (my sensei)
 
pyscho we don't go at other people on these forums. It does not matter if sister_kate has something other to say on the thread. Please be accepting about it.

Abbrevation is fine I guess, but msot of the time let's say some of the other user don't use the computer as much aren't able to understand the slang we use online. That's why most of us only use small abbrevation instead of whole texts.

I understand the fact your wrist has been slightly destroyed, but if you can write a whole piece like that, what does it matter typing a few more letters?

Sorry it's just that bit confused but by all means type as you aare, just don't flame at others, it's a rule on here that we don't.

You have certainly come to the right place to bash anything including people who bash the Net and its gouging practices. Perhaps you should start a thread and like Barnum said "Build it and they will come!"
 
Sister you are fine. It's ok, sometimes we get a little crazy sometimes it's pretty mellow. Anyhow we all usualy find something to be happy about.
