My moms neighbor got sick of having her garden ruined year after year. She makes a trap to kill them.....kinda sad, but works for her.

Big bucket of water, top with sunflower seeds, prop up a small board so they have a ramp to the bucket. They will jump in to get the sunflower seeds and drown.

I have heard about using fox pee, Patty! and like I said, I haven't needed to do this for a few years now, but this year is RIDIC! I even saved Lucy's brushed out fur and stuck it in many of the entry holes I see dug around the deck, but maybe that just makes them dig more, idk :gah:

MAYBE I could stick a put a well placed cup under Lucy when we're out for a walk :lol:

OR follow the coyotes in the neighborhood and see if they would cooperate? :bee:


but seriously, I think Lucy would be kinda crazed outta her mind if the deck and the timbers all smelled like fox :lol: and well, it's pretty $$$

Maybe they collect it in a way similar to collecting blood from horseshoe crab.



Note - they only take 20 percent of the crabs blood and then release it.
