The Confabulation Thread - Part 2

@Dan Hutter I remember a drive home from another neighborhood around here and stupid deer jumped into the street. I almost hit those ****s and ****ed up my car. Wow, screw that ticket as well. I wouldn't have paid it lmao. I would have denied it.

We have deer all over the place by me. It's really the only thing to watch out for when driving at night. After a few months of living in FL, I was driving my friend's truck and a deer jumped into the street. I almost shat myself - it was the first time I seen a deer down there. Luckily, I avoided hitting it.

On the ticket thing I only paid it because they threatened to take away my license if I didn't reply. I still don't understand how your license can be suspended for a civil infraction while walking but they got ya by the short hairs.

Man I hate driving at night in that neighborhood its called Imperial Oaks, I stay in a gated-community called Legends ranch. We don't see deer in this community because there's not a whole lot of woods like they have. And plus, when you're driving at night on the backroads, you have to have your high-beams on or it'll be very hard to see.

****, that's quite ridiculous. I think they do the same **** around here. If you don't pay a ticket, they issue a warrant. And that's like a weekend in jail so a lot of young teens don't pay their tickets, they'll rather do the time. Ridiculous, I know.

This year the deer are huge because of the lack of snow cover this winter. Guess they were eating good but they're still hard to spot. The only thing you look for when driving is the reflection of their eyes. The lights blind them, which I'd guess scares them and sometimes they react by running across the street. A buddy of mine had a deer run into the side of his car last summer so even if you pass a deer it might still do something crazy.

Yeah my ticket was ridiculous. I seen the Trooper sitting on the corner. Why he would think I'd intentionally litter right in front of a him is beyond me. He was a little chit so I think the Napoleon complex came into play. He balked at me not having ID on me -- In NY, you're not required to carry ID just walking down the street. I was only about 20 yards from my house and offered to go get it. He pulled up next to me while I was walking home and told me to pick up the wrappers. So, I did figuring it'd be over with but he came came out with a ticket. I threw the wrappers right back down on the ground. The look on this clown's face was priceless. :D Told me to pick them up again, I told him I'm already paying for it so they misewell stay and I'd like to see him make me.

He ripped up the ticket and came back with another one for public dumping. I read the statute and the law didn't even apply to my town because low population and 2 gum wrappers definitely isn't 2 cu yards or whatever the requirement was.

So I told the little chit to go eff his mother. If I had actually gone to court it would've gotten thrown out. However, I knew this guy would show up and act like a perfect gentleman while making me out to be the **** and the judge would've likely held the ticket just because I was disrespectful to little Napoleon. In the end I plead guilty got the lowest fine ($100) and $85 in court costs. What a racket.

What's everybodys plans for this weekend?

So far I don't have anything cooking probably going to just hang around.

I saw the Dark Knight Rise last night, it was really good. It had me on the edge of my seat.

Yeah I gotta clean up my place too. Today's too beautiful to stay in the house though. I'm going to get out for a walk.

Speaking of sports. I bought a basketball a few months back. **** thing sat in my trunk and when I went to take it out it had a hole in it from the crow bar. Grr!
I need to buy me a basketball. I played two games yesterday at the gym and my endurance is pretty good now. I'm not ready to run more than 2 games just yet though, I still have a lot more weight to loss before I go full-forced and start playing full-court games lol

Gotta love these sorts of threads. They are pretty awesome when everyone gets involved with them.

Booked and paid for my flights, accommodation and tour for jan 2013. Southern America here I come. :D

So I'm adding a few things today and removing some or our old redundant mods that really aren't needed anymore.

Should help with the forum after I get it all cleaned up. :)

Really I'm just procrastinating from finishing up the newsletter..hehe

How's everyone doing tonight? I'm so ready for the gym.
