The Confabulation Thread - Part 2

Good morning everyone, hope everyone had a good weekend.
It was another busy one for me, we went down to my parents house, worked on my car, went to the zoo, the circus and a few parks :)
Good morning bro, my weekend, didn't do anything.

Good morning peeps. My weekend was pretty slow. Made a munchie run Friday night, got twisted Saturday night, and read old Reader's Digest's I found in my drawer Sunday night.

This week is shaping up to be a little busy. Wednesday a friend of mine turns 30, Sunday another friend of mine turns 53, and in between that I'm trying to get back on course with my diet and exercise.

Which reminds me I'm running late for my walk.

I'm back on the ball baby did 3 miles today. Not too bad just a little sort b/c I haven't walked in a while. I'm hoping to do 3 miles everyday this week.

That's great Dan!

I slacked off tonight, thinking about getting up early and running tomorrow.
We'll see if I get to bed early enough.

Man, my weekend was bad. I got twisted as well, and good job on the 3 miles. I'm hitting the gym tonight in a little bit. Gonna up my cardio to an hour and see how many calories I can burn up.

Well I didn't get up this morning, it was raining and I didn't feel like running in the cold rain first thing in the morning.
Depending on how cold it is tonight, I'll try and run after work.

Well, I burned 1k calories last night on the elliptical it felt great. First time doing it for an hour.

nice work!
I think I ate about 1,000 calories last night
That's what I ate throughout the day. I topped off at 1300. So it was all good.

Man, I got pulled over last night right... Cop pulled out of the store, got behind me while I was at the light. Light turns green, he turns on his sirens. I pulled over and give him my information. He says "you know you driver's break light was out?"
"Sorry officer, I wasn't aware."
He said "Okay, just get it fixed man. You're okay to go now"

I'm glad.

I'm still trying to stay under 1800 for the day, some days are good and some days are bad.

I don't even want to know how many calories I eat in a day. I generally do good all day until night time I just get hungry and eat whatever I can get my mitts.

BTW Tapatalk is pretty sweet on the Kindle Fire. I tried it out last night.

I figured I might as well be aware of the calories I eat, it has been rather surprising seeing how many are in a pop or candy bar :(

It's funny. I look at the nutrition facts for most stuff I eat -- I just don't care enough to compute them or maybe I'm scared to, lol.

I mostly look at Nutrition Facts to see how ridiculous the serving size is. I think it's Pepsi or maybe Coke, idk but their 20oz bottles are broken down to 2.5 servings. So you might see 120 calories but in reality that bottle is 300 calories. It's misleading and I'd bet a lot of people don't catch that. When's the last time you made a 20 oz soda 2.5 servings? That chit is gone in 2 minutes with me.

A friend of mine has been working for the local paper delivering papers overnight. She says she makes decent money after she pays for gas and stuff. When she told me a route opened in our area I was excited because an overnight job is perfect for me; I'm a night owl anyhow and wouldn't have to deal with very many customers. Mom burst my bubble by telling me I'm not putting all that wear and tear on her car. To be nearly 30 and have mom still calling the shots is priceless. :banghead:

Cannot say I blame her but within a couple months I'd have enough saved up for my own set of wheels.

nice work, I need to find some way to make a little extra money somehow..

I'm going to go run, I'd like to get at least 3 miles in if not more, we'll see how my running partner does :)

Well I did get a run in, close to 4 miles if not more.
I have a buddy just out back from serving overseas and he wants to run but I've seen his runs, all around 10 miles! O.o
So we'll see how that goes.
I did mess up and eat a lot of junk food last night and drank **** near a gallon of milk  I really need to just stop munchin on stuff in the evenings, I do fine during the day at work but as soon as I get home and start working it's game on..lol

I found out that honey is good for you in drinks and on certain foods. 10 miles is holy crap. I do 3-4 on the exercise machine that I do.

Man, I had some chips last night. I was hungry. I didn't go the gym because I went swimming for 2 hours with my siblings and my daughter.
