he said his godaddy account was hacked, I'll drop and remove everything I've said about him once I get the account in my possession.

Ya, that's the best thing to do really. You've contacted Godaddy though? I read that, and really he should be passing the domain over.
I have in the past but there is nothing I can do till he sends the domain to me.

Just eating my butt off. I think I'm going over to my girlfriend's parents house as well. Maybe I can get a drink or two
