:P That one would be sweet if it was a gif that had the hat start high and then slide down. And no rush on playing with it. ;)

Oh, don't worry about making it move on his head that too much trouble. But if you could move the hat up higher so that you can tell who it is a bit better that might be cool. Like maybe have it hangning off the back or off one of the ears?

It's kinda hard to get one in there.

I started on a gif, this is what I got so far. I still need to clone stamp parts of his head out in the middle frames.

is this something like you wanted?

I found that pic too, but I didn't think without the word bubble anybody would get who it was besides me. But it looks good.

Th slow one looks good but it had a duplicate frame in it I need to get rid of.
