Two side walk lane for Cell phone users

Hi friends,

Chinese city Chongquing creates new side walk lanes for pedestrians cellphone users a side walk lanes, one lane is for restricted to cell phone chatters on the road and the another is meant for cell phone chatters on the lane with their own risk

Interesting idea. I suppose it means everyone else doesn't have to put up with people not looking where they are going...

That is right, cell phone lovers need not have any worry, but the risk is cell phone users.
