I guess with me it's what people haven't said to me, but said to others. I'll just say I was a target for some pretty horrific rumours at my old workplace (my manager included) and people were completely two faced, thinking I wasn't aware about the **** they were spreading. It got to the stage where even my mum and sister had heard them. Because of that, I started setting up a plan for a new life elsewhere.
Even though the rumours aren't true, when people spread them around to that extent it's pretty hard to avoid them.

The worst thing anyone ever told me was when my parents used to say "why can't you be more like _____."
I'm leaving that blank part open, because I don't remember anything specific. I just know I remember hearing that several times, and being disappointed with myself for not being the kid that my parents wanted. Thankfully, it hasn't happened in a long time. Like, at least 6 years.

I think I've mentioned that my ex-husband spent time in prison for a crime he didn't commit.
I spent over 3 years and more than $30,000 to win his appeal and bring him home, and it took him about 6 weeks to start cheating on me. He is the lowest form of life on the planet.
It appears a few people have bad things done to them by their family, which is not nice.
Oh my, Smooth. That is truly horrible, especially from someone who you trust that much. I hope he didn't put you out too much, and that he'll get what's coming to him.
That's the beautiful thing, [MENTION=1403]Han[/MENTION]..... The first girl he hooked up with after me bought him a beautiful new Harley. It took him exactly 3 days to get into a wreck and total the bike.
Karma is a vengeful **** and she will ALWAYS take her due!!!
There's been several things like this that have happened to him since he did what he did and I've been lucky enough to learn about them. People really DO get what's coming to them.
While I'm not a huge believer in Karma, I've experienced things that make me think of it - evidently as you have. What goes around certainly does come back around, it would seem.
He must have a way with words, however, to have a girl buy him a Harley - though she's probably unaware of his past actions.
He is a very handsome, extremely charming man. He is also a master manipulator as well as an accomplished liar. He plays his game like a pro and women have always fallen for him. Including me! I was his 3rd wife.
Meh....lesson learned.
