Everyone has at least one bad habit that they have that they probably wish they never had and they could quit. In some cases, bad habits, no matter how much you try and quit them, always end up being very difficult to quit unless you really do focus solely on that and nothing else.
I myself tend to bite my nails a lot which is something I have always done since I was a child. Suffering from anxiety I always find that my bad habit kicks in when I am stressed and anxious.
