Hey, I heard something pretty interesting. Well you know how George W. Bush's father is/was head of the CIA? Well, I heard that there have been rumors of George W. having history of serious criminal records with drugs and stuff, but since of his father no one knows about them. Pretty weird huh? I wouldn't doubt it though, cuz I see Bush as a bad/dangerous dude. So anyone living in Palm Beach, when they finally realize that it's constitutional to have a revote, go for Gore all the way! "=D-

But Bush is worse.

Also, has anyone seen the movie The Skulls? The movie is based on a true story. The secret society the film was based on just happens to have a member in George W. Bush Jr.
 
Oh please, I live about 5 minutes from the Skull and Crossbones society "tomb" at Yale, and I assure you, the tales circulating are largely born of rumor and overactive imaginations. As for the matter of personal character, why are we so pessimistic about an individual's capacity for change? Doesn't an individual's current and present behavior matter more than their past actions, if indeed they have not, and will not, repeat past behavior? Doesn't seeing George W. lecture to groups of struggling alcholics, readily admitting his past faults and detailing his less-than-perfect past, mean anything? Doesn't honesty and humility, and efforts to help others overcome the same plights count for something? None of us are perfect; While we all have faults, as has George W., I view immense personal change for the positive towards a reforemed self as honorable, respectable, and honestly human. I beleive it certainly does, especialyl when the alternative is a slippery, lying, over-exaggerating politician. I would rather be told the honest, though unfortunate truth, rather than a twisted and sugar-coated lie, any day.

Hey KNS I was wondering how long it would take you to respond to this. I dont like either candidate at all. I dont think a past should make much of a difference especialy if they have changed. And I dont like lying politicians . . . but I still dont like "W" at all. So when all is said and done(probably not till after the electoral college)I hope it is Gore is who comes out on top.

I agree with you KNS, BUT, like they say, once an alcoholic always an alcoholic. Lets say those rumors I heard are true...don't you think it's highly stupid to have someone with an "erased" criminal record to sit in office and decide what's best for our country? He may seem all nice and true and stuff, and this goes for Gore too, but it could very well be a front.
Hey, you NEVER know. The only way you could say otherwise is if you were the candidate himself. Even Gore could be a covering up, alcoholic, drugabusive, **** who just wants to take for granted this country! You never know

how is he lying??? did you even watch the debates? his stupid story about that girl without a chair in the classroom.....comon! his stupid math..... and also, if you've been following what he's been saying, it's almost completely different than what he used to say like a couple years ago. he changes his mind, tries to cover his butt by lying.

Well I never knew about that...and atleast he didn't make 2 promises like Mr. Bush over there when he can't even keep 1 alone. Ugh, I can't believe my own wife is for Bush...jeez man. His brother sucks even worse though, especially being the governor of Florida.

But you still didn't prove it. I'd love to see ANYONE prove anything bad they say! I never said Gore was cool or anything...I merely said he was the best out of all 10...he still a freakin moron. Although, I'd rather have the communist, Monica Moorehead, in the throne rather than an alcoholic, drug using, idiotic, pantywaste, 2-time, buttmunch like Bush.

Hey, did you know Bush is AGAINST abortion, which is a women's RIGHT to choose whether or not to have a baby. I mean, lets say you didn't wanna have a child...would you think it's fair that you HAVE TO have it?

He's also against civil rights laws, gun control laws, gay rights laws...and vouchers (although I have no idea what those really are, but I added it just incase you all did)
You gotta admit...that's perdy bad that he'd rather have a strong military and the weakest most sh*tt**st economy in the world...

what bothers me most, is that gore seems so fake. i can't really prove much, and neither can anyone else on anything. neither of them are great people, but gore just bother me, and so do his views.

Gore might be fake, but at least he's not going to commit what is basically an act of genocide by pulling current peacekeeping forces out and refusing to send in new ones.

I'm talking about the Middle East, I'm talking about Kosovo, I'm talking about Africa, I'm talking about every warzone where peacekeepers currently are, and everywhere where peackeepers will need to be deployed (and won't be) if Bush gets in.

Nap, to be honest, I'm purposely not going to respond to many of the allegations you made in your aforementioned posts. To allege that Mr. Bush is against gay rights and civil rights is nonsensical. I don't know what is more pro-civil rights than supplying inner city children currently constrained to inferior schools the equal opportunity to go to other school systems in both an effort to provide for their best-interest while simultaneously encouraging the inferior schools to improve! That, by the way, is what "vouchers" are all about. Mr. Bush is a uniter, and will not take away a woman's right to choose via the USSC. He is most definitely against partial birth abortion, and would like to implement a ban upon that, but so is any humane individual who thinks that a 9 month old baby whose head has emerged from the mother's body should not have its brain destroyed by insterting a sharp metal rod through an opening in their soft skull.

How can you allege "once and alchoholic always an alchoholic" and stop at that? You are insulting people world-wide with that audacious claim, and giving very little creedence to personal change, will power and strength. I could write a thesis regarding Clinton's illegal acts alone, with a conclusion focusing on Al Gore's illegal wrong doings and lies (ie: raising money at a buddhist temple for his campaign (in violation of seperation of church and state) and afterwise claiming that he drank *so* much iced tea that he was in the bathroom so often that he didn't realize it was a fundraiser....puh-lease.)
I happen to know Mr. Bush. In fact, his cousin asked me to man his campaign in Connecticut. He is a solid, moral, human being with a conscience that guides his decisions. He is far more moderate than his detractors seek to paint him as, and seeks to unite this nation in a bi-partisan fashion, while also instilling our citizenry with faith and confidence in political leadership. I have nothing but the highest regard for Mr. Bush, and have faith that he will be an excellend president come January.

Edited to say: This first paragraph is aimed at scarier, not KNS, just so there's no misunderstanding.

Yeah, you'd love that, you wouldn't care if the teenage girls of Kosovo suffer from campaigns of rape and torture at the hands of Serb militas, would you now?

And to KNS, if Bush is such a decent human being, how come he wants to pull the peacekeepers from Kosovo? Now anyone who is more concerned with human lives than money would keep the peacekeepers there.
