Funny you mentioned guitar, I'd like to learn how to play the mandolin.
Photoshop. I've love to hear how to use it proficiently.
I would like to learn to speak another foreign language (found some free software to help get me started, although it teaches really just the basics), and improve my photography technique and skills. Not a pro, but would love to learn more about it

I would like to learn how to start my own online business. Don't need to get rich or anything but just some extra income from an online business that i can put in an hour or two a day and make some money.
For those who want to learn, I say begin learning what you want sooner rather than putting it off, even if what you'd like to learn would just be a hobby. After all, it's the little things in life that are often just as important as the big stuff.
As for me, I'd like to learn how to sing like an opera singer. I don't have a lot of singing talent, but so what!
