My DS 9 has been playing with his electric snap circuit set for a long time. :cartwheel:

He got lots of other things including video games but I'm thrilled that he loves tinkering with this set. :hiphip:
 
My son got that set a few Xmas's ago and loved it. His friends would come over and they would build stuff. Made me feel like I was raising a genius. :)

I got it bc he was loving learning about electricity in school.........kept talking about various circuits so I thought this would be perfect. DH told DS that mebbe he'll be an electrical engineer someday. :)
 
DD7 got the Playmobil RV and DD9 got the Playmobil Vet Clinic, they played almost all day with them. DS3 got a large Semi truck with flatbed trailer (2 feet long) and he has been playing with that and ignoring all other gifts.
 
DS11 is LOVING his Xbox games AND The BIG kid DH is loving his ROKU from Heather! He is watching the first season of Deadliest Catch. As he puts it He is ROKUing......:lol:
 
I'll have to google the snap circuit set. My boys love to build. I'd have to say the kids are all really loving their Wii. Their dad seems to really enjoy it too. DS11 loves his Lego sets and has put together quite a few of them already. DD4 got a Bitty Baby (American Girl) with clothes, a diaper bag, and stroller and has been carrying her baby everywhere. As long as she doesn't try to put makeup on her - I've reminded her that babies don't wear makeup (she's drawn on the faces of some other dolls before). They are definitely having a great time with their gifts.

Oh yeah he got Skylanders too and loves it! (but he has to fight DS12 for the basement 50" tv :lol:)

I love Playmobil sets...........not sure why they're not more popular than Lego. :9: We have the Playmobile Nativity set that we put up every year.

It really is very cool........DH is having fun with it too! :cartwheel:

There's another snap circuit set that you can make a radio...........he'll get that one for his birthday. :)

This one make little lights, a fan, some music, etc. Really fun to do.

OMG I wish someone told me about this before Christmas. I think my ds would love it. I might just buy one for the hell of it.
 
Ds6 loves his 3DS, dd5 doesn't really play with anything for long and is just not interested in much, which really sucks.
 
I can't believe it but the last minute gift we got at Meijer....Paper Jamz Microphone and Pro Guitars. They are absolutely driving me nuts. I have already regretted buying them each one and I have 3 boys.
 
we got the snap circuit a few years back--they loved it

we LOVE playmobils here--we have 3 of the advent calendars and I am going to go back to a larger kohls to hopefully get this years marked down

The littlest grandsons (2 & 3) both got monster trucks from an auntie and play with those when they're not watching Cars 2....their older brother received a mini video recorder and he documented Christmas...but seemed to enjoy more the can of cashews and box of Slim-Jims found in his stocking...DGD brought over her American Girl doll...other GS just wanted those ugly flat hats...
