Im sorry I have just about had enough of it lately.
First i lose my job after 25 years doing this field of work.
then our cars motor blows and no money to fix it
then they raise our rent by 300.00
then our washer doesnt want to ring out
then we find out my husband is going to deaf, hes 93% in one ear and 85 in the other they ordered a hearing aid but was told that that wont work after a while
and now my computer crashes it has some worm in it that is eating everything....
so know had to go to library borrow mys ons car and this computer sucks.
ok dont feel any better but thanks for listening................

I would go to the landlord and try to negotiate that for sure... the other option is that they can start preparing the unit for another renter... which is a PITA.... they may negotiate if they know the situation is not good! Good luck!

well may be i should have added that our son moved back in and we broke the lease giving her a right to raise the rent checked its legal!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm sorry. My 'issues' are different (although we struggle financially as well!) but every day I try to have an upbeat attitude. Some days I just 'get through' and other days aren't so bad. Hang in there.

Hate to ask you since you're having a hard time...but could you give me any info on hearing aids? Our houseguest is 70% deaf but the Miracle Ear aids would cost him $6K! I'm sure there's other options (still expensive but not THAT expensive) but it's hard to find them. All my online searches end up being ads, etc. Thanks.

Then maybe he should cover the increase?? Not trying to be difficult.. just a suggestion... I am guessing your utilities (heat and water) are included in the unit?? Which is why he/she justifies the increase???

he cant, there are issues there that are private i think. but he cannot currently work due to medical.

ours was 1600.00 thru the hearing dr.

BF, Costco does hearing aids at some of their stores. Depends on prices, but it might be worth the $50 membership fee.

Malwarebytes anti malware is a free program and gets rid of most stuff. Ever download one of those rogue antivirus program this will get rid of it. Download it on a disk or thumb drive. You will have to start your computer in safe mode so you can install the malware program and then run the program.
