When was the last time you upgraded your computer?

When was the last time you upgraded your computer? What components did you have before, and what do you have now? What were the original components?

I can't remember exactly what I had in the system, but I brought a computer from Ebuyer for about ?400 about four years ago. It was a Zoostorm computer and it came with a 500GB hard drive, an Intel Core2 Q8200, an nVidia 9800gt, 4GB RAM, some random motherboard and a cheap 400-500w PSU.

Then I eventually upgraded to an i5-2500k processor, 600w Corsair PSU, nVidia GTX 460, a Asus 08H67-M motherboard and Corsair Vengeance 8GB RAM. At some point I upgraded my graphics card to a HD Radeon 6970, which had a faulty fan from the start but when sent back was declared functional; towards the end of it's warranty I decided to do away with it and get a refund. The money went towards a GTX 670, which is what I have now.

My brother recently brought my processor and motherboard, so now I have an i5-4670k and a Gigabyte Z87-D3HP. :D

I never have, but I might get another 16GB of ram soon so I have 32GB

Probably last year when I had a dell with less specs than my current HP Laptop. I don't see myself upgrading anytime soon.

did an upgrade a few months ago. New CPU, mobo and heatsink plus some more ram for good measure.

friday, got a new case which as i realised yesterday wont fit where my pc usually goes under my desk ahh well, oh and got a new monitor which matches my main :D, yay for exhibition discounts
