My DD10 went to Claires in Orland and there was an older girl who did the piercing (in her 20's and the asst manager) They were great. I did find out that Zale's owns the piercing Pagoda so if you buy a nice pair of earring s from Zales they will pierce for free at the Pagoda kiosk. The gold earrings I looked at ranged from $25- $100.
