Emmental. American cheese has a processed quality I don't like.
Chocolate bars with caramel any day.

I love broccoli. I can't say the same for green beans, though. To me, green beans are OK. However, they have a better texture to them than wax beans do, in my opinion.

brioche is sort of a yeast cake that's a bit similar to bread -- I had that in the past two weeks as a replacement for bread!
