Does anyone here enjoy writing? If yes, what do you enjoy writing? If no, have you ever attempted it?

I started writing when I was 11, I am now 24. Had a lot of pent up feelings and started with poetry, mostly teen angst. But in all that, I really enjoyed it. Now I am working on a novel, which is fantasy based, still working out a lot of details and such.

I write random stuff at random times, sometimes its a short story or sometimes its even a tongue twister, i enjoy writing if i do it in my free time but not if i am forced to do an essay or something

I was the same way. I could write until I could fall asleep, ask me to write a book report on something I didn't like, took me forever to finish.

I don't write as much as I used to. I love poetry. I may take it up again in the future but right now I do more reading than I do writing.

I write pretty much every day, it can be fun to write stories as your head is thinking of the creative ideas and you're writing what your head tells you.
