Yum or Yuck

Yes, I believe I had that once, not as bad as some people think. Yum

sauerkraut?
 
Mega Yum!! :) (especially cooked, w/ mashed potatoes and fried or grilled sausage)

(btw, we have some cold cuts w/ tongue here, like head cheese, blood tongue etc. - my parents liked that kinda stuff)

Red cabbage?
 
Yum; the steak of the mushroom world.
(#146-148: I love beef tongue as a cold cut. Nothing beats it on a sandwich with a little mayo and butter)

Can't remember when I last tasted that. I'd say yum b/c many spices are pretty good! :)
