Did anyone watch the match today? Were you on the edge of your seats throughout (me and my family certainly were)?! Who were you supporting? :mmm:

Watched it with my Dad and Lauren earlier today; not really a fan of the sport and the fact Andy won doesn't really bother me. I don't find it edge-of-the-seat material. :p

Still, congratulations to the guy.

That last game was so tense. I didn't wanam sit there for another hour :p Watched the first set at home and had lunch with my fam then went with others to a friends house to watch the rest.

All I know is Cameron kept calling him Scottish and then after he won he was saying British. Sneaky little solider ain't he :P

I enjoyed the bits I watched :)

I personally think Murray is a rude arse but he deserves the trophy for being such a great tennis player.

You know what's funny is my parents have told me all these things about Murray and it appears lots of those things aren't true. I've just been looking it up and I'm going to retract my statement :P

Yep, when he won queen's he donated 75k to a cancer charity.

Also the thing about hating the English was a bit of banter with Tim Henman.

Typically, it seems that whenever Murray loses, he's the Scot who messed up.
But when he wins, he's back to being British.

Strange concept I've seen, but it doesn't matter.

Murray won and deserves it. His nationality doesn't matter, and it annoys me to see people argue about something so trivial.

Yeah, I noticed this, used to annoy me but I'm fine with it now.

I never watched it yesterday because I was out all day but I'm really happy for him. ^^ Go Murray!

I don't really like glorified and televised sport. I watch the occasional football match when people I'm with want to in the pub or something, but I'm pretty much indifferent about anything and everything to do with it. :P
