Exercising and engaging in physical activity is something that many of us do. It is great for our health to stay active and can also help with our mental health too.

I myself tend to exercise or even go out on walks to stay active as much as my health will allow me to.

How often do you engage in physical activity or exercise?
 
It's almost a year now, I have made it a point of habit of always begin my day with a walk. Majority of the time I tend to walk for an hour and thirty minutes or more. Then there are times I do add other workouts after walking, but am not constant in the other workouts just yet.
 
I own an Ab roller that I acquired online a few months ago. It has become an essential part of my home workout routine, specifically for targeting my core muscles. In addition to using the Ab roller, I also incorporate other Ab exercises into my home workouts to keep my core quite strong.
 
I do it a lot especially now that I'm trying to lose weight. I do healthy movement as well. I might just take good numbers of steps. I do different sports. I dance indoors. Then end the day doing yoga or just jogging it is good to exercise
 
I work in construction company and the work is too physical. I don't do any exercise because my work is full time physical oriented work. Therefore, i don't do exercise to remain fit. 7 hours of physical work is not a child's play.
