I was NEVER talking "settlement" Loneavenger. Nor did I ever mention the word "settlement."

I said "judgment" which is the part I can prove, is not untrue, is not libelous and is not slanderous. However, I've been punished for it because others now want to spin "judgment" into "settlement."

No Chip what you did do was state as if it were fact that the Judgement was in default and not paid and you insinuated that CB still owed millions of dollars.... you can not post things such as this without the full story.... that is what made it a libelous statement and a flipant one at that... CB does not have any responsibility to show proof that the judgement was paid... I will take their word for it... further discussions on this matter will get you and anyone else making unsubstatiated statements banned.

Am I clear on this?
